No matter where you're from, shopping for perfumes online offers the same challenge each of the 8 billion humans on Earth know all to well: there is no way you can smell a fragrance over the internet. You either get stuck buying the same ones you already know or simply don't buy them at all. Which means a brand with no physical stores is in serious trouble.
We partnered with the Head of Crossmodal Research Laboratory at the University of Oxford to translate our fragrances into sounds that trigger scientific connections on our brains in order to convey the essence of what they smell like. More importantly, they are available on the brand's e-commerce serving as a sensory touchpoint consumers can now experience in order to decide which fragrance speaks to them without ever having to visit a physical store.
